![]() ![]() We enjoyed working with Producteev, and while there are quite a few time management apps out there, there are few that work for entire groups in synch. There's also the ability to quickly update a task so the entire group (if there is one) is synched properly. When a task is coming up, there's audible and visual notifications on the desktop to act as reminders. For larger projects, being able to subdivide the work into workspaces will help with assigning and compartmentalizing the tasks properly, all leading to getting the project done in a more organized and timely manner. A nice feature is the ability to create workspaces, each of which is dedicated to either a particular aspect of a larger project, or perhaps to a team for each workspaces. Collaborating with others is easily handled, too. New tasks can be added from any device using Producteev and update the others in real time. The left pane of the interface lists the larger overviews, the center pane shows tasks and people, and the right pane expands on a task's details. The Producteev interface displays a fair bit of information but in a nicely organized manner. The design is intuitive and simple allowing you to focus more on the tasks at hand. Producteev by Jive offers an easy to use platform for task management. Otherwise, you have to manually add the email address of people you want to add to your network. If you already have a list of people in your network, you can simply select some people and send invitations to them. You can then write a list of tasks inside the project workspace. When you open a network, you can now create a project by tapping the ‘plus’ icon. First you need to create a network which will serve as workspace for your team members. After signing-up, you will have the option to invite your contacts to download the app so that they can create their own accounts.Ĭreating projects and tasks on Producteev is fast and easy.
